The successful candidate should have knowledge in GD&T, SPC, advanced metrology, basic understanding of stamping, assembly, metallurgy and secondary finishing processes. Must have TS 16949 experience as well as adequate computer skills, MS Office, ERP etc. and good communication skills. CMM experience a plus.

Experienced press brake set up operator with a minimum of 5 years hands on experience. Must be familiar with Amada Fabrication tooling and overall fabrication process. Must be able to read, understand and interpret prints, work orders, routings, BOM’s, inspection.

2 years experience in shipping/receiving and fork lift driving in a manufacturing environment. Must be computer literate, detail oriented, communication skills, ability to interface with other departments and be able to multi-task. Knowledge of inventory control a plus.

Job Description: This person will be responsible for die setting as well as leading a group of die setters and operators. Working with Supervisor to maintain product flow and quality of work is being followed to create finished product.

Qualifications: Experience in set-up of progressive dies, compound dies, and use of normal gauges and measuring instruments. Knowledge of overall stamping processes. Ability to read and understand blueprints, strong math skills, good communication skills a must. 5 years experience on stamping floor, experience as lead/group leader a plus.
